Kilometer 3 Update

We're now on kilometer 3 and we've made a few big jumps from where we were last time.
On this blog, we would like to discuss the things we've worked on and that are available for you starting today. You might be familiar already with some of the features available but we advise you to stay on, you might pick up a thing or so!
It's been a lot of work over the past weeks and we're glad to reach this point.
New Landing Page design
Previously, the landing page hasn't been clear on what Race Wallet does and what are the available things you can do with it.
It's somehow misleading at some point.
Is it a tracker?
Is it a place for runners to sign up for their races?
How different it is?
Those are some of the questions that we want to answer on that redesign. We wanted to reposition ourselves to the category in which it truly belongs.
Race Wallet is a digital wallet for race participants. It is not just a tracker - it is a digital wallet that specializes in racing.
It goes beyond being just a tracker.
Blogging Platform
Our primary ways of sharing the latest updates and news are on our social media accounts. However, it is limiting in a way we cannot go in-depth on some details like this one which will be useful to people who like reading long-form content.
Another part of it is for us to answer some questions from the community and increase our footprints across the internet.
This is why we introduced Blog to share the latest updates in-depth with you.
We will still use our social media accounts for short-form content updates but the in-depth content will live here.

Better Image Viewer
When you visit your race details on your Race Wallet account, there is an overview section to view the important details of your race.
One of which is the race route preview - which gives you the route for your specific race distance.
Previously, clicking on the image doesn't allow you to view it on a larger view. Starting today, when clicking on the image it will show you a popup to give you a better experience checking your route!
It should be available on your Race Route Previews and Race Confirmation Photo (if you've uploaded one).
Profile Avatar
When you created your Race Wallet account in the past and visited your profile information, you didn't have a place to add your favorite race picture.
Avatars create this type of customization that gives you that personalized experience on something. And that's why we're now giving you a way to customize your profile.
In the future, we can create more features that leverage this so that you can have a better experience on your wallet.
Race Ready Photo
The Race Ready Photo is one of those features that we were excited to create when we were scoping out kilometer 3.
It is a personalized generated photo for your upcoming race designed to be shareable to your social media accounts, so you can share that excitement and connect with other participants around the event. It is designed for you without compromise.

There are a lot of new features coming in soon. Some of which are better & faster race updates and notifications to name a few.
